Overnight Production Associate

Bent Tubes is searching for a full-time Overnight Production Associate in Neenah, WI. If you've got the talent, we've got the opportunity!

For your first 30 days, you'll train during the day shift, after which you'll transition to nights. Come work during the quiet night hours and contribute to daily excellence at our facility!

WHAT BECOMING OUR OVERNIGHT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE LOOKS LIKE:

You'll typically work Monday - Wednesday, with alternating Thursdays, from 5:00 pm - 5:00 am. Some overtime may be required.

In this role, you'll contribute to efficient daily workflows and exceptional operations by appropriately using various tools and equipment to properly produce and assemble precise parts. Working with saws, brazing machines, CNC benders, and more, you'll follow all safety procedures to complete accurate work. Throughout the night, you'll maintain a neat work area, complete and submit timely paperwork, and uphold high inspection standards and quality expectations. You'll work with your team to meet business targets and client needs, including identifying and working through product nonconformance. Motivated candidates can also cross-train in different production aspects, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of areas and build up your potential as our Overnight Production Associate!

We're looking for someone with:

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to safely operate saws, crimpers, CNC machines, forklifts (with training provided), and other equipment
• Ability to interpret technical instructions/documents, safely lift up to 30 pounds, apply basic math skills, and use measuring tools like tape measures and digital calipers
• Open mind to learning and following our standard practices
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25+ wpm
