Mustang Cat is hiring a dependable CDL truck driver to serve as an Overnight Parts Shuttle Driver supporting our El Campo operations. If you’re a CDL driver with a clean record, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering on time, this role is for you!
🚛What You’ll Do as an Overnight Parts Shuttle Driver:
As our El Campo Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a key role in transporting parts and small equipment between our Houston and Lufkin locations. Your route will help keep our customers' machines running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Safely drive and operate company vehicle from Houston to El Campo and back
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining inspection logs
Load, unload, and sort construction equipment parts and backorders
Deliver small equipment to support the Sales Department
Check manifests for accuracy and track parts throughout the shuttle route
Ensure proper drop-offs at designated drop box locations
Maintain a professional image and uphold Mustang Cat’s standards while on the road and at the shop

📋 Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CDL license with a clean driving record
5+ years of experience as a truck driver transporting goods or equipment
Confidence to make quick, safe decisions in overnight driving conditions
Positive, self-motivated team player mindset

🕒 Schedule:Monday night (start at midnight) – Saturday morning (end at midnight)9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. shift
