Position Summary:
The Overnight Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles during overnight hours. This role requires attentiveness, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a low-traffic, high-responsibility environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Monitor valet area and property during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and locations
- Perform regular lot checks to ensure vehicle safety and organization
- Assist with basic property security awareness (report suspicious activity, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, even during low-volume periods
- Maintain cleanliness of valet stand and work area
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
