Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried, Full-Time
Schedule: Sunday 5:45pm start; Monday through Thursday 6:45pm start. Shifts end between 2am - 6am, dependent on case picking volume, complexity, and staffing.
Pay Range: $62,000 - $80,000
Position Objective: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees overnight order selection operations. This role is responsible for supervising 12 team members, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the first line of leadership for the overnight staff, supporting both operational goals and team development, and communicating all pertinent information regarding each shift to operations management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate overnight order selectors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency metrics
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and maintain high morale
- Assist Assistant Operations Manager in scheduling, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving
- Conduct routine inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
- Address and resolve employee concerns and/or operational issues during the shift
- Report daily operational status, challenges, and successes to the Assistant Operations Manager
- Support inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Uphold a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 or more years working in a warehouse, required
- 1 or more year[s] managing 3 or more direct reports, required
- High School diploma or GED, required
- Forklift Certification, preferred
- General knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management
- Ability to work overnight hours and manager a physically demanding environment
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55lbs
- Ability to roll a 1/2 Keg 165lbs on / off a Hand Truck
- Exposure to varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations
