Overseas Project Manager (Long-Term Assignment)

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Project Manager to support the company’s ongoing international expansion initiatives. This role will serve as a critical liaison between our Taiwan headquarters and various local partners abroad.
The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, excellent cross-cultural communication abilities, and the flexibility to work on-site for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute overseas project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and local partners.
• Manage local documentation, administrative procedures, permits, and contract communications.
• Review and consolidate project progress, risks, and issues for senior management.
• Provide bilingual support for meetings, documentation, and communication (English/Mandarin).
• Represent the company in on-site meetings, inspections, and general project coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations.
• Full professional fluency in English & Mandarin(speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work independently in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate or travel abroad for extended periods.
• Experience with overseas facility setup, engineering coordination, or cross-border operations is a plus (not required).
