Overseas Security Engineer (IDC Physical Security)

Responsibilities 1.1 Job Description: Design, build and operate the IDC physical security management system to ensure stable system operation. 1.1.1 Security system architecture design; 1.1.2 Security technology development, research and application of emerging technologies.

1.2 Work Tasks: 1.2.1 Ensure on-time delivery of the IDC computer room security delivery system; 1.2.2 Ensure the deployment quality of security systems meets standards; 1.2.3 Guarantee stable operation of security systems.

Competency Requirements

1. Education Background: College diploma or above.

2. Major Requirements: Majors related to Security, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Automatic Control and other relevant disciplines.

3. Industry Experience: 5+ years of working experience in property management, security technology or other security-related fields.

4. Skill Requirements: Proficient in mainstream domestic and overseas security products, familiar with system architecture and working principles.

5. Comprehensive Qualities: 5.1 Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effective listening and quickly capturing key points. 5.2 Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-departmental coordination and teamwork capabilities; good at identifying problems and proposing solutions. 5.3 Management Skills: Strong ability in risk assessment and incident response; solid control over project quality, cost and schedule; capable of overall planning and arrangement, with WBS capabilities oriented to deliverables.

Key Performance Metrics

1. Guide local security teams within the region to implement the security management system and execute work in accordance with standard procedures.

2. Adopt physical security control technical prevention strategies, and collaborate with SOC to handle on-site security alerts and incidents.

3. Provide security support for major activities and incidents to ensure on-site safety and stability.
