The Owner
Liaison plays a pivotal role in NISADE's Property Management Department.
It is to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with each owner of a
NISADE property.
The Owner Liaison is the first point of contact for
all owners of NISADE properties and operates as the primary point of contact
for all matters specific to each owner.
1. Owner Relations & Communication
- Provide support in
handling property owner inquiries and coordinating follow-up actions when
required
- Build and maintain
positive relationships with all property owners, including rental and private
owners.
- Coordinate owner
feedback and work with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved.
2. Owner Stay & Reservation Coordination
- Coordinate owner
reservations and stays, including housekeeping, maintenance, and special
requests.
- Work with operation
teams to ensure properties are prepared to luxury standards before owner
arrivals.
- Address and resolve
any issues before arrival to ensure a seamless owner experience.
3. Property Maintenance & Asset Management
Support
- Coordinate and follow
up on owner-reported property and maintenance issues.
- Work with internal
teams to ensure owner properties are maintained to company standards.
- Assist with annual
property inspections and share inspection reports with owners.
- Obtain and present
quotations for repairs, maintenance, and property improvements requiring owner
approval.
4. Administration & Record Management
- Maintain accurate and
up-to-date owner records and documentation.
- Prepare, distribute,
and file owner-related documents and communications.
- Ensure compliance
with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
5. Financial & Reporting Support
- Coordinate the
distribution of monthly owner statements and reports.
- Assist with owner
inquiries related to statements and property financial information.
- Support tax-related
communications and documentation requirements.
6. General Responsibilities
- Support departmental
projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties
as assigned by the Owner Liaison Team Leader or Manager.

Probationary

- For
employees based in Sapporo, the work location will be temporarily adjusted due
to an office relocation:
- July 1 – July 31: Remote work from home
- From August 1: Work will commence at the new office (Odori
Nishi 7-chome 2-13, Chuo-ku, Sapporo)
- 09:00~18:00
Private Vehicle
Commuting:
- Kutchan Office: Permitted (Commuting allowance available, Based
on separately established provisions)
- Sapporo Office: Not permitted. Commuting allowance available if using public transportation. (based on separately established provisions)
Measures to prevent
passive smoking: Indoor smoking prohibited
Salary Increase: Yes
Year-end performance Bonus: Yes (depending
on company performance)
Overtime: Yes (monthly average is 10 hours)
Article 36 Agreement: Applicable (Due to seasonal
factors and a high concentration of orders from general customers, periods of
increased workload are expected)
Days off: Two days off
per week
Other Leave and time off:

6 months)

Requirements
- Must-have: Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, preferably within
customer service, or administrative support roles
- Preferred:
- 3 years’ working experience in any field.
- Experience
in owner relations or hospitality
- Must-have:
- Eligible for working visa in Japan
- Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred: Japanese driving license is ideal
- Must-have:
- Strong communication and teamwork
skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational
skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and
accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management
abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Must-have:
- Business level or above in Japanese
- Business level or above in English
