Starting pay: $16.94 per hour. The actual hourly rate varies by client assignment and shift. Ask recruiting for the specific pay rate and schedule for the assignment before accepting an offer.

Work that supports independence
Provide nonmedical home and community support to adults. Help clients build everyday skills while respecting their choices and dignity.
What you will do
• Provide nonmedical home support according to each client’s assigned support plan.
• Assist with shopping and medical or therapeutic appointments.
• Support participation in community activities.
Scheduling
Advertised schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 3rd shift, midnight to 8 a.m.
Share your preferred 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and the days you can work. Recruiting can explain the current schedule for this opening.
What you need
• At least one to two years of experience supporting people recovering from stroke, concussion, or brain injury in community settings.
• Experience supporting people with complex medical, physical, or behavioral needs is valued.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
