P&ID Designer

We are seeking a skilled P&ID Designer to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and will be proficient in using SmartPlant and other relevant design tools. As a P&ID Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development and documentation of process flow diagrams and instrumentation layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design P&IDs using SmartPlant and other design software. - Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather requirements and ensure accurate representation of processes. - Review and revise designs based on feedback and project changes. - Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. - Maintain documentation of design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle. - Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements. Required Skills: - Proficiency in P&ID design and related software, particularly SmartPlant. - Strong understanding of process engineering principles and instrumentation. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.
