P&O Operations Specialist
Job Description:
Job Purpose/Overview
The role is responsible for providing the appropriate people support within the Cluster through implementation of signature P&O processes, coordinating payroll and benefits, being a key user for HRIS and driving projects to improve associates’ experience.
Role primary responsibility will focus on Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, while it’s expected that the associate acts as back up & support for all other countries of the Cluster as well.
Key Responsibilities
P&O Support: Work closely with the P&O Director to ensure a great Associate end to end experience focusing on:
Associate Relations: Supporting line managers to resolve legal queries, performance management, managing all associate related queries. Health & Safety coordinator (accident reporting, e-trainings, medical check-ups)
Recruiting & Onboarding: managing end to end recruitment and onboarding process including agency management; supporting recruitment & selection processes; managing local offers. Coordination of “workplace ready” and induction schedule for newcomers (Mars global onboarding; Welcome to Royal Canin, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Driving)
Termination and Contracts Management: Management of maternity leave; ensure the relevant Workday people data changes; Manage contract changes; Termination & leaver management
Payroll & Benefit Management: Administrative support of the monthly payroll process (attendance, expenses, salary deductions, taxes, confirmations, reports); Manage benefits such as Multisport, meal tickets, Public transport benefit; Mobile Phone management; GACA report preparation; Car lease updates; pension contract and fund management; merit documentation
Managing and maintaining associate personnel files ensuring filing is kept up to date and ensuring ongoing data management and tracking of associate data, maternity leaves, terminations, and new hires
Preparing reports based on people data and generate insights to inform P&O decisions on regular agenda
P&O contract management with external vendors
Support connected to the implementation of various P&O global/ regional/ cluster projects
Other ad hoc tasks connected to P&O agenda
PO/invoice management related to P&O area of responsibility
Event management as needed
Other duties and tasks on request of P&O Director
Job Specifications/Qualifications
Experience in HR admin/ generalist/ payroll role minimum 2 years
Excellent organization and planning
Proactive approach
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Strong knowledge on Czech language, English language
Education & Professional Qualification: University degree
