P078-Recruitment Specialist

Position Purpose:

Responsible to present the career opportunities of Afni, ensuring the fulfillment of recruitment ramps, sourcing candidates through various hiring channels can create plans or strategies to ensure hiring channels will meet the goals. Ability to conceptualize events and activities that will spark the interest of job seekers and professionals. A problem-solver, persistent, and avid goal setter. A person who can provide valuable experience and knowledge about Afni.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for resume mining in job boards to head hunt and encourage candidates to apply at Afni.

· Calls/texts/emails candidates who have shown interest in a position with Afni to encourage application completion.

· Initially screens the complete applications and status of candidates who are eligible for a first interview.

· Update Applicant Tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process
