Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and development projects within a public-sector environment. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in project management methodologies, risk and issue management, and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure and development projects.
- Manage project planning, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholders.
- Apply project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
- Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer on project management practices.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting and planning.
- Support projects using Agile/Scrum and ITIL practices where applicable.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or development projects.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, OneNote and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of PRINCE2/PMBOK and project management processes.
- Experience with risk and issue management.
- 15+ years of PRINCE2 and Scrum experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL.
- Knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience within the Flemish Government is preferred.
- Knowledge of stakeholders and actors within Flemish Social Protection is preferred.
- Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2) is mandatory.
