P2P Advisor / Project Manager
Who are we looking for
As part of our customer project team, we are looking for an Advisor / Project manager with a good business understanding and the ability to understand the customer needs and requirement. You will work with the implementation and streamlining of the customer's eye-share solutions. You will be part of a very creative and exciting IT environment with committed and professionally skilled employees.
Responsibilities
- Analyze detailed business process requirements and translate them into effective system solutions for eye-share implementations
- Manage mid-to-large scale projects, coordinating resources and planning multiple assignments to meet customer needs
- Implement and drive upgrade projects, including delivering training to customers to ensure smooth adoption
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver customer-focused solutions in Accounts Payable, Reporting, and procurement processes
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to present project progress and solutions
- Maintain high service standards with flexibility and structured work approaches to meet project goals
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity to drive project success and continuous improvement
- Uphold strong work ethics and discipline while fostering a positive and fun workplace atmosphere
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong domain knowledge in Accounts Payable, Reporting, and/or procurement processes
- General good competence with IT and ERP systems to support solution implementation
- Strong ability to analyse detailed business process requirements and translate them into effective system solution
- Experience in finance and/or purchasing projects or IT-related projects
