P2P Partner Operations Lead
You will lead the peer-to-peer liquidity provider programme, manage relationships with professional liquidity providers across multiple markets, and improve marketplace depth, reliability, partner satisfaction, and retention. You will lead account managers, develop retention strategies, analyze growth funnels, and work with risk stakeholders to reduce disputes and improve marketplace health.
Responsibilities
- Own the P2P liquidity provider programme
- Monitor marketplace depth and coverage
- Improve partner satisfaction and retention
- Lead and grow a team of account managers
- Manage liquidity-provider tiering frameworks and account management
- Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel
- Build and interpret funnels
- Produce recurring analysis and turn it into decisions
- Partner with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth, account management, or relationship management
- Team leadership experience
- Experience managing partner programmes at scale
- Multi-market experience preferred
- Experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships
- Strong data and funnel fluency
- Working proficiency in English
- Working proficiency in Mandarin required for at least one of the roles
- Experience in payments, remittance, or fintech is relevant
- Experience with fiat on-ramp or off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance is a plus
- Exposure to Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, or MENA is a plus
- Experience with user segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, trust and safety, or fraud operations is a plus
