JOB SUMMARY

Essential Functions

Essential Function - Provide OSR with administrative support associated with:

Credit Applications and new account forms

Contract pricing forms, rollback forms and rollback calculations

Orders and quotes that require special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids and more complex orders

Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports

Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution

PSAs prep

Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.)

Required for All Jobs
