Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
- Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with and managing the team.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems across teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of application configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and support, fostering knowledge sharing.
- Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Experience with EDOC_COCKPIT.
- Experience with the eDocument Framework.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of application integration techniques.
