Looking for steady, hands-on work in a clean, positive environment with room to grow? As a Packaging & Assembly Associate, you’ll work alongside a supportive team assembling, inspecting, and packaging a variety of retail products according to customer specifications while helping meet daily productivity goals.

This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and package retail products accurately and efficiently
• Follow customer specifications and production requirements
• Inspect products for quality and defects before packaging
• Maintain productivity and workflow goals as part of a team
• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Treat coworkers, participants, and leaders with respect, kindness, and professionalism

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, twist, squat, and reach across production lines and above shoulder height
• Use hands continuously for grasping and handling products
• Visually inspect products for quality and defects
• Lift and carry up to 15 lbs continuously and up to 40 lbs occasionally

Work Environment

Our facility is bright, clean, and climate controlled, creating a comfortable and welcoming workspace. Candidates should also be able to tolerate normal temperature changes related to seasonal weather conditions.
