Speed North America is seeking motivated individuals who exhibit a strong desire to learn and grow for our expanding operations for 1st and 2nd shift (2nd shift differential pay). We offer a competitive wage and benefit package.
Responsibilities and functions, but not limited to:
- Operate and assist in day-to-day team operations ensuring effective communication with his/her team leader.
- Ability to follow OSHA and SPEED safety guidelines.
- Able and willing to follow instructions.
- Proper start up and shutdown of packaging lines.
- Proper set up of equipment to ensure quality of product.
Skill/Abilities:
- Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail occasional bending and stooping.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Work Environment/Conditions:
- Wear safety attire or protective gear daily.
- Working indoors, plant temperatures can become warm in the summer.
- Manufacturing environment with associated noise levels.
