Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Packaging Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a leading paper and packaging manufacturer, in Delaware, Ohio. This commissioned sales role represents the client's North American packaging solutions business in the Ohio market, winning new corrugated packaging business and growing existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate currently sells for a corrugated box manufacturer and brings an established book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the client's packaging solutions business professionally across the Ohio packaging marketplace.
  
• Prospect for and win new business for a corrugated manufacturing plant.
  
• Profitably grow existing customer accounts.
  
• Develop and implement Key Account Plans aligned with each customer's business needs and buying preferences.
  
• Manage customer relationships and the sales pipeline in a CRM system such as Salesforce.
  
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
  
• Sales experience, with 2+ years preferred.
  
• Strong corrugated packaging experience, currently working for a corrugated box manufacturer.
  
• Proven experience hunting new business for a corrugated manufacturing plant.
  
• An established book of business.
  
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results and profitable growth.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000, with total compensation of approximately $250,000 including commission.
