Packaging Specialist/ Coordinator (6-Month Contract) Up to $3,200 #HJN

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on packaging material and redressing requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain redressing instructions (RI), packaging documentation, and version control.

  • Coordinate with production, QA, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.

  • Monitor client-owned packaging material inventory, track usage, and prepare inventory reports.

  • Support client approvals, troubleshoot packaging-related issues, and ensure service commitments are met.

  • Assist with audits, compliance activities, and documentation in accordance with GMP and company standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in packaging, supply chain, production coordination, or account management.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with SAP, GMP documentation, inventory management, or packaging/redressing operations is preferred.
