Schedule
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Days Off: Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
Overtime may be available or required based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays.
Position Summary
As a Packaging Team Member, you'll help turn our award-winning cheese into products ready for customers across the country. Your day will include:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating and cleaning packaging equipment
- Cutting bulk cheese blocks weighing up to 50 pounds
- Checking product weight, packaging and seal quality
- Verifying labels and packaging match customer orders
- Keeping production running efficiently and meeting quality standards
- Completing required production and quality documentation
- Following food safety, sanitation and GMP requirements
- Keeping your work area clean, organized and safe
- Working with teammates and other departments to meet production goals
