Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Packer to join our warehouse team. The Order Packer verifies the accuracy and completeness of customer orders before securely packaging them for shipment. This position serves as the final quality checkpoint before an order leaves the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit picked orders for correct products, quantities, sizes and configurations.
- Resolve discrepancies with pickers or supervisors before shipment.
- Package orders securely using approved methods.
- Select appropriate cartons and packing materials.
- Stage completed orders correctly for manifesting.
- Report damaged products and recurring issues.
- Maintain productivity while meeting quality standards.
- Keep packing stations organized.
- Assist with other warehouse duties.
- Follow all company safety policies.
