Role Summary: Pack various products/merchandise according to specifications, making sure the product is correctly packed with conditions of hygiene and cleanliness in the case of perishable products and of security in the case of fragile products, according to pre-defined organization standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine operational tasks by following established processes and schedules.
Support inventory control and quality assurance by following established procedures and standards.
Adhere to health, safety, and compliance guidelines to maintain a safe and regulated work environment.
Operate basic equipment and machines safely under detailed instructions.
Conduct simple quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and reject nonconforming items.
Required Qualifications:
Education: No formal education requirement; literacy and numeracy skills preferred.
General Experience: Very limited work-based experience (0 to 3 months)
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of health and safety practices, including safe equipment use and personal protective measures.
Skill in planning and organizing tasks to meet performance goals and follow workflow processes.
Utilize equipment and materials effectively and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Effective verbal communication and attention to detail to support accurate packing and documentation.
