Packer / Warehouse Assistant
Summary
Handles warehouse operations like receiving, packing, and inventory tracking, plus assists customers via chat and in-person at a Singapore warehouse.
Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- reply to customer chat (online platform)
- Arrange and store goods properly on designated racks.
- Pick and pack items accurately according to airway bills and packing instructions.
- Assist walk-in customers with their enquiries and purchases.
- Manage returned items from customers, including checking and processing the returns.
- Record incoming stock quantities accurately in Excel and the company’s inventory software.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

working hour:
Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm
sat : half day
working area: tannery road ( District 13)
