Packing DTC - Warehouse Order Filler/Picker I

Pack customer orders according to system instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Verify correct items, quantities, and order details prior to packing.
Operate packing equipment and tools (e.g., vertical bagging machines, scanners, ProGlove, scales).
Apply correct labels and ensure cartons/bags meet shipping and carrier requirements.
Perform basic quality checks to ensure packaging integrity and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
Follow all safety, ergonomic, and compliance guidelines.
Support cross-functional tasks as needed (returns, rework, or other DTC functions).
