Packing Lead

Position Summary:
The Packing Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the packing area for Direct, Wholesale, International, and MacKenzie-Childs Retail Store orders. This position supports productivity and workflow by assigning tasks, providing guidance to Packing Associates, and ensuring orders are packed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
- Lead packing operations by assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring packing standards are met
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring the proper box and packing materials are used to prevent damage
- Train and mentor Packing Associates, providing feedback and supporting their performance
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and coordinate restocking as needed to support workflow
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position provides guidance and leadership to Packing Associates but does not have direct supervisory authority
