Job Title: Packing Shift In-Charge
Location: Makun City, Ogun
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

* Plan and supervise all packaging activities during the assigned shift.
* Verify that the correct Batch Packaging Record (BPR), packaging materials, and product are issued before starting.
* Ensure line clearance is completed before start-up and after batch completion.
* Monitor packaging operations to ensure compliance with approved procedures and GMP.
* Allocate operators to packaging lines and supervise their activities.
* Ensure all equipment is clean, fit for use, and operating correctly before production.
* Monitor in-process checks and ensure packaging quality requirements are met.
* Reconcile packaging materials and finished products to minimize discrepancies.
* Review and complete BPR documentation accurately and promptly.
* Report and investigate deviations, equipment breakdowns, and quality issues.
* Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve operational issues.
* Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
* Enforce safety, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements in the packaging area.
* Train, coach, and assess packaging operators on SOPs and GMP requirements.
* Ensure proper product labeling, coding, serialization (where applicable), and traceability.
* Participate in validation batches, change controls, CAPA implementation, and audit preparations.
