We are seeking a skilled and empathetic pediatrician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their health, development, and well-being. This role requires dedication to providing patient-centered care and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough physical examinations and developmental assessments of pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Administer vaccinations and counsel families on preventive health measures
- Educate parents and caregivers about child health, nutrition, and safety
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and integrate evidence-based practices into care delivery
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in pediatrics
- Valid medical license to practice
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing pediatrician
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in pediatric healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
