[Team/Position Description]
This position is responsible for business performance and intelligence analysis for LINE OpenChat Taiwan, covering both service and monetization performance. The analyst will independently identify business opportunities, develop KPI and reporting frameworks, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role will leverage SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to improve data analysis, performance monitoring, and visualization, while working with cross-functional and global teams to support service optimization and strategic initiatives.

• Business analysis and impact assessment to identify key performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Service and monetization KPI monitoring to identify trends, anomalies, business risks, and growth opportunities.
• OpenChat traffic, user behavior, and content performance analysis to support content operations and service optimization.
• KPI framework, dashboard, and report development using SQL, Tableau, and Python, ensuring reliable data and consistent metric definitions.
• AI-first workflow design and optimization for data analysis, performance tracking, and visualization to improve efficiency and analytical quality, with output validation.
• Cross-functional and global collaboration to clarify analytical needs, communicate insights, and support strategic project implementation and evaluation.
