This role supports the MEP and electrical engineering scope of new-build and renovation projects for a factory in Tamil Nadu(泰米爾邦), India, with long-term overseas assignment and English-based coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Participate in MEP system planning, design, engineering estimates and technical reviews for new-build and renovation projects for a footwear factory in India.
2. Perform electrical-safety reviews, verify equipment capacities and system interfaces, and coordinate with architecture, structural, process and construction teams.
3. Provide on-site MEP technical support and follow up on construction quality, schedule, testing, completion acceptance and handover.
4. Manage drawings, materials, construction activities and corrective actions involving design consultants, contractors and suppliers.
5. Support other overseas greenfield, expansion and renovation projects within the Group, building cross-border factory-engineering and project-management capability.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, MEP/building services engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least one year of MEP engineering experience with hands-on involvement in design, drawing review or system planning; a purely site-supervision background is not sufficient.
3. Able to use English for day-to-day project communication; TOEIC 550+ or demonstrable spoken-English capability.
4. Willing to accept a long-term assignment in India, Saturday work and an approximately eight-week return-to-Taiwan cycle.
5. Strong coordination skills across internal departments, contractors and on-site issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Industrial-facility, footwear-factory, electronics-factory or overseas factory-construction experience.
• Integrated design experience in at least two of electrical power, low-voltage systems, fire protection, plumbing/drainage and HVAC.
• Experience with engineering estimates, tendering, construction management, commissioning or acceptance.
• Occupational-safety, quality-assurance or overseas-team leadership experience.
