Paid Ad Designer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Designer to join Qureos, an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies discover, assess, and hire top talent faster.
Paid ad design (Freelance) is the primary focus of this role. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience creating high-quality, performance-focused assets for platforms like Meta You’ll also support landing page and social media design when needed, but strong paid advertising experience is the key requirement.
What You’ll Do
Design compelling paid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.
Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.
Support landing page and social media design when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives this is a must.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.
Motion/video design experience is a plus.
