Paid Ads Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on building, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.
You will own the full paid media lifecycle, from strategy and audience research through execution, testing, optimization, and reporting.
The role offers direct influence on lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall marketing efficiency.
You will work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, paid search, display, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
Success will be measured through meaningful performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, design, analytics, web, and leadership teams in a highly data-driven environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity requiring availability during U.S. business hours, with strong autonomy and opportunities for career progression.
Accountabilities:
- Paid media strategy: Develop and execute performance-driven advertising strategies aligned with business, marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue goals.
- Campaign management: Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, paid search, display, video, retargeting, and lead generation channels.
- Budget and bid optimization: Manage advertising budgets, bids, placements, targeting, and acquisition goals while maximizing efficiency and identifying opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
- Audience and keyword research: Research target audiences, customer segments, keywords, competitors, and new acquisition opportunities to strengthen campaign performance.
- Testing and optimization: Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, headlines, creatives, CTAs, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures, using results to continuously improve performance.
- Performance analysis: Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue contribution to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
- Tracking and attribution: Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and conversion tracking systems, troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable performance data.
- Reporting and insights: Prepare regular performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations around budget allocation, targeting, creative direction, funnel optimization, and scaling.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, design, analytics, web, landing page, and leadership teams to improve messaging, creatives, offers, and conversion funnels.
- Continuous improvement: Stay informed about advertising platform updates, algorithms, new tools, targeting capabilities, and performance marketing best practices.
- Paid media experience: Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of PPC and paid acquisition.
- Performance marketing expertise: Solid knowledge of conversion optimization, attribution models, audience targeting, retargeting, and acquisition strategy.
- Analytics and tracking: Practical experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and performance reporting dashboards.
- Campaign optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data, make performance-based decisions, conduct A/B tests, and continuously improve advertising results.
- Budget management: Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and allocating spend based on performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Multi-channel advertising: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Performance Max, Dynamic Search Ads, automated bidding, or other paid acquisition channels is a plus.
- Conversion and funnel knowledge: Familiarity with landing page optimization, funnel performance, remarketing strategies, audience segmentation, and multi-touch attribution is advantageous.
- Automation: Exposure to marketing automation, ad platform scripts, or other campaign automation tools is beneficial.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to think in terms of ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, revenue, and acquisition efficiency rather than vanity metrics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Organization and autonomy: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets independently while maintaining attention to detail.
