Paid Media Analyst (English Mandatory)

What is your mission? You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across social platforms—ensuring efficient budget allocation, meeting marketing objectives, and driving continuous performance growth.

What will you do?

  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute paid social campaigns on Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate business, marketing, and communication goals into measurable, high-performing paid media strategies.

  • Setup & Architecture: Configure campaigns, ad sets, targetings, budgets, schedules, bidding strategies, and conversion events.

  • Audience Targeting: Define and refine audiences using demographic, geographic, behavioral, and interest-based criteria, as well as custom remarketing and lookalike segments.

  • Monitoring & Optimization: Conduct daily campaign performance checks to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and areas for improvement. Optimize ad spend, budget distribution, bids, placements, and frequency.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversions, reach, and engagement rate).

  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests across ad formats, creative assets, messaging, target audiences, and landing pages.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, design, marketing, sales, and tech teams to produce high-converting ad assets.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable recommendations to refine content, creative strategy, and conversion paths based on performance data.

  • Tracking & Analytics: Verify pixel, tag, and conversion event setups using digital analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms).

  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear, periodic performance reports—in both English and Spanish—to internal teams, regional leads, and clients.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on paid social trends, algorithm updates, platform features, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Vendor & Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns, markets, and priorities simultaneously, liaising with agencies, vendors, and ad platforms when needed.

  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to advertising policies, brand guidelines, and platform standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid social management. Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads is a strong plus.

  • Skills: Solid understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, conversion funnels, lead generation, e-commerce, and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Analytics: Strong expertise in tracking metrics, optimizing budgets, and generating actionable performance reports.

  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, advanced Excel).

  • Languages: Advanced English fluency (written and spoken) is essential for communicating with global teams, clients, and partners.

  • Soft Skills: Ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies; strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
