Paid Media Lead

We're looking for a Paid Media Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, know how to turn ad spend into high-quality leads, and thrive on optimizing performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00)

Responsibilities

• Own paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other ads platforms, with a strong focus on Google Search

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns

• Drive key KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality

• Optimize the full acquisition funnel through A/B testing, audience targeting, retargeting, and landing page improvements

• Manage conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM-driven lead funnels (HubSpot is a plus)

• Analyze performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements

• Collaborate with Sales, Design, IT, and Operations to maximize campaign results

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads/performance marketing

• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search required), Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other ads platforms

• Proven success in managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns

• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization

• Experience with analytics tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)

• Analytical mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach

• Fluency in English and Romanian
