InDigital

Paid Media Manager

Discussion

You'll keep the growth engine running at top speed: social and search ads, tracking and reporting across our client accounts. The creative team keeps you backed up with fresh creatives, and the founder is by your side to support where needed.

About InDigital

InDigital is a performance marketing agency helping Irish service businesses grow: home improvement, property, transport, training and more. We're a small, growing agency that cares more about a client's leads turning into booked jobs than about hitting big vanity numbers. We love delivering real results for clients and having craic along the way.

The Role

We're hiring a Paid Media Manager to own accounts across our portfolio: Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management end-to-end. Campaign builds, tracking, optimisation and reporting, all pointed at one thing: better leads & more sales.

Every account here is proper hands-on: garden designers, bathroom fitters, driving schools, taxi apps, solar installers and more, all winning real work off your campaigns. Budgets run from a few grand a month to twenty. If you need big-brand spend to feel important, this isn't it. If watching cost per lead drop from €45 to €28 and knowing a phone rang because of it sounds satisfying, this is the role for you.

The creative side of paid social matters here too. You’ll work closely with our Social Creative on the hooks, angles and concepts that make the ads work, testing what lands and turning what the numbers say into the next round of creative.

If you’ve been the whole marketing department at a service business, running Google Ads and Facebook & Instagram ads yourself and chasing leads through the CRM, this is the agency version of that job. Several accounts of your own, all businesses that need the phone to ring, a founder who came through the same route, and nobody above you setting the structure. Coming from an agency? Same deal: your own accounts, end to end, with the say to run them your way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning Google Ads and Meta accounts across a portfolio of Irish service businesses.
  • Building campaigns properly: keywords, structure, audiences, creatives, targeting.
  • Optimising: budgets, bids, negatives, search terms and creative testing.
  • Setting up and fixing tracking on sites: GTM, GA4, pixels, call tracking, CRM.
  • Shaping paid social creative with our creative team: hooks, angles, concepts.
  • Following leads through CRMs, websites and tracking, from first click to booked job.
  • Judging performance on what actually became real business, not just what clicked.
  • Writing reports in plain English: what's driving results and what we're doing next.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years running Google & Meta Ads, at an agency, freelance, or in-house at a service business where the ads were yours to run.
  • Strong social and creative thinking; you'll help shape the hooks and angles for our ads.
  • Lead gen experience. You care whether the lead became a job, not just a conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4 and Looker Studio is a big plus.
  • An active AI user. We use AI workflows and skills right across the agency.
  • The type of person who always knows how their accounts are doing.
  • No degree needed. If you can do the work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Get

  • Salary: €45,000 - €55,000
  • Hybrid: 2-3 days at our new Tallaght office. Luas at the door, free parking
  • Office days 9 to 5.30 with a flexi start
  • 25 days annual leave and an early finish every Friday
  • Company pension and quarterly team bonus
  • MacBook and whatever equipment you need

How to Apply

Apply with your CV, your LinkedIn, and a few lines on why this role and what you’ve been running and what it did. Final-stage candidates do a paid trial day with us: a morning auditing a real account, an afternoon planning what you’d do with it, and then we look at it together. We’d rather see your work in action than do a third round of questions.
