Paid Media Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Manager based in United States.

This role leads multi-channel paid media strategy and execution with a direct focus on profitable, incremental growth.
You will manage substantial investments across paid search, shopping, social, retargeting, streaming TV, and linear TV.
The position combines hands-on campaign management with strategic planning, performance analysis, and budget optimization.
You will use data to improve customer acquisition, brand visibility, return on ad spend, and overall marketing efficiency.
Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, SEO, Growth teams, and advertising partners, you will shape an integrated media strategy.
The role offers significant ownership in a data-driven, collaborative environment where testing and continuous optimization are encouraged.
This is a remote opportunity with limited travel to the headquarters for team meetings and collaboration.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the paid media portfolio across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Retargeting, Streaming TV, and Linear TV, with a focus on efficient revenue growth.
  • Lead day-to-day management of large-scale Paid Search and Shopping programs, including campaign setup, bidding, budget pacing, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Oversee paid social and retargeting campaigns across platforms such as Meta and YouTube, developing audience strategies and managing creative testing.
  • Plan and execute upper- and mid-funnel investments across streaming and linear TV while maintaining alignment with performance and brand objectives.
  • Monitor daily channel performance, spend, efficiency, and ROI to ensure investments remain within established targets.
  • Manage product feed strategy and operations through Google Merchant Center, maintaining data accuracy, category coverage, and scalability.
  • Partner with Google, Microsoft, Meta, TV/CTV vendors, and other advertising platforms to identify testing opportunities, pilot new capabilities, and implement best practices.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify trends, optimize budgets, and improve ROAS.
  • Conduct regular account audits to maintain campaign health, accurate tracking, and clean account structures.
  • Develop and scale creative testing frameworks across text, image, video, and TV assets to improve relevance and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, SEO, and Growth teams to ensure paid media supports broader business and marketing initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of hands-on paid search account management experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience in paid social, retargeting, or display advertising.
    • At least 1 year of experience with TV, CTV, or video advertising.
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking technologies.
    • Experience managing product feeds through Google Merchant Center.
    • Technical experience using AI tools and BigQuery for marketing analysis and optimization.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
    • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
    • Ability to manage multiple channels, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
    • Strong understanding of paid media testing, measurement, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.
    • Benefits:

      • Salary: $105,318–$131,648 per year.
      • Work arrangement: Remote within eligible U.S. states, including Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
      • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with time-zone flexibility.
      • Travel to the headquarters in Melville, NY up to 3 times per year, with reasonable and necessary travel expenses reimbursed.
