You'll manage and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns across active bank client accounts. That means owning performance, execution quality, and the strategic recommendations that come from the data.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Launch, QA, and maintain campaigns across setup, tracking, budgets, and targeting.
- Run ongoing optimization and testing across audiences, creative, and campaign structures.
- Turn performance data into strategic recommendations for creative and strategy teams.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly across client accounts.
