'ROLE:
• Campaign Support & Execution: Help set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Follow key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist with performance dashboards and regular reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Investigate trends, competitors, and keywords to identify new opportunities and contribute to refining ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Coordinate with design and content teams on the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a similar discipline (preferred)
• Two years of previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (required)
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
• Collaborative team player; autonomous, proactive and responsible
• Good organizational abilities
