Paid Search Manager – SEA & Feed Performance (m/f/d)
As Paid Search Manager (all genders), you'll own SEA strategy and execution across our markets — both strategic and operational at once. You'll set the direction for SEA and get hands-on in the accounts yourself, managing Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns end-to-end.
You'll report to the Team Lead Performance, working with a good degree of autonomy and close alignment with the wider marketing team.

What you'll do
- Own SEA strategy and execution across 6 markets, managing a 6-digit monthly budget with a clear focus on efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Steer and optimize Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns — from structure and bidding down to daily account-level adjustments.
- Analyze campaigns on an ROI and Acquisition basis and turn findings into data-driven action.
- Own product data feed optimization using tools like DataFeedWatch or Channable.
- Drive automation and process improvements (Google Ads scripts, feed automation, reporting workflows) to scale smarter.
- Collaborate with the wider Performance team on budget allocation and cross-channel synergies.
- 3+ years of hands-on SEA experience in e-commerce, ideally with real budget ownership.
- Deep knowledge of Performance Max and Demand Gen, comfortable managing large budgets.
- Solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, and multi-market SEA strategy.
- Confident with Google Ads Manager, Search Console, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and tools like Channable, ProductsUp, and Getklar.
- Data-driven, organized, dependable — you follow through end-to-end.
- Genuinely curious about performance marketing and AI-driven tools.
- E-commerce/D2C experience a strong plus, ideally wellness, supplements, or FMCG/CPG.
- Languages: fluent German and English required; Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish a strong plus.
