The Paid Social Lead is a client-facing lead on large, complex accounts and a manager of a team of paid social managers and associates. They drive full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as secondary platforms such as Reddit, Snapchat, Nextdoor, and X. The role connects senior strategy with daily account operations, so the Supervisor oversees execution quality and performance across a portfolio of accounts. Internally, they develop the team, drive agency growth initiatives, and help build a strong, forward-thinking paid social practice.
