About the role:
We are looking for a Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager (m/f) to join our team at Mediaplus Medianest Croatia. We are part of Mediaplus Group of the Serviceplan Group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe.
You will work mostly with our German team, planning and running paid social campaigns. We welcome junior, mid-level and senior candidates, and the scope of the role will match your experience.
What you can expect with us:
- Working closely with our German team on campaigns for (international) clients from diverse industries
- Conception, planning and implementation of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit and local platforms such as Xing
- Creating media plans and developing paid social strategies
- Deriving measures for campaign optimization according to performance goals and implementing them with the team
- Advising on the optimal use of advertising budgets within paid social and across channels
- Analysis, interpretation, graphical preparation and presentation of results
- Budget and project controlling
How much of the media planning and strategy you own depends on your level: juniors support it, while seniors lead it.
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
What we expect from you:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is essential
- At least 1 year of experience creating, running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience in media planning and paid social strategy, or a strong interest in learning them if you are a junior candidate
- Experience managing campaign budgets, including pacing and controlling
- Ability to analyze campaign data and report on the results
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English (B2); German is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- An eye for detail and great attention to accuracy
Nice to have:
- Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube or local platforms such as Xing
- Experience with tracking and measurement, such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API or GA4
- Experience briefing ad creatives and running A/B tests
- Openness to AI and the ability to use AI tools in your daily work
