The context
We're building out the marketing team, and are looking for the right people who will help drive the next phase of growth - evolving from scrappy to scaling. Marketing has driven the bulk of the company's growth so far with a lean group (four of us today), leaning heavily on agencies and contractors. We're currently running ~$3.5M/month across 15 channels.
The role
We're looking for a senior, hands-on owner for our largest paid-social program: Meta on both the customer and cleaner side, plus oversight of our influencer and podcast channels. We want a seasoned in-house operator to take paid social and drive the next 2-3x of growth. The balance we need is deep, hands-on Meta expertise paired with a strategic lens on the business: someone who can run the relentless barrage of creative and audience tests while keeping an eye on LTV/CAC and whether spend is actually incremental. This person manages 7-figure monthly budgets, works day-to-day with our creative partners, and steps into a program mid-transition as we move the offer toward a free-first-cleaning, membership-first model.
Who we need: A hands-on operator who has owned 7-figure monthly Meta budgets directly, not through an agency. Someone who defaults to clean test design and real incrementality over platform-reported wins, has subscription or marketplace instincts, and runs autonomously in a remote, written-first culture. The bar is a true performance operator who can both set strategy and stay in the account, not a pure people-manager.
Where the opportunity is
- Scale Meta and carry the offer transition. Drive the next 2-3x on Meta while protecting a clean read through the move to a free-first-cleaning, membership-first offer.
- Fix the creative system (our highest-upside lever). Newly promoted ads are capturing a declining share of spend and multi-year-old incumbents dominate the top of the distribution. Build a creative testing and replacement engine that finds winners that actually beat the incumbents.
- Get a real incrementality read and scale smarter. We believe Meta is ~80% incremental but have no current conversion-lift study proving it. Stand up a clean read, test bid caps so marginal-CAC management becomes tractable, and don't take more budget without a marginal signal.
- Keep measurement honest. Clean test reads (mutually exclusive cells, learning-period discipline), and reconcile Meta's reported numbers against our internal last-click view.
- Influencer and podcast. Manage the agencies to measurable, ROI-positive outcomes, and evaluate bringing the capability in-house over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for Meta (customer and cleaner acquisition), including serving as hands-on operator within the ad accounts.
- Manage external agency for Influencer and Podcast channels with high performance standards, with opportunity to evaluate and introduce in-house capabilities in the future.
- Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, ensuring statistical significance and meaningful performance insights.
- Continuously analyze data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Communicate findings and strategy recommendations clearly and proactively.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain organized processes to track and measure performance marketing success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social (Meta).
- Proven success optimizing and scaling Meta campaigns with 7-figure monthly budgets.
- Highly data and analytics focused—must be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and testing methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a love for being in the weeds
- Be highly tactical, enjoying tactics as strategy
- Organized self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills—essential for remote work and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of analytics, including confidence intervals, statistical testing, and experimental design.
Perks and Benefits
- Health insurance fully covered by the company.
- Parental leave
- Flexible / unlimited PTO policy.
- Cleaning membership perk – Free Homeaglow membership with complimentary cleanings. Enjoy up to 2x cleanings a month, capped at $200 USD per cleaning.
