Summary

Supports Airbus’s Tianjin paint center by managing tool inventory, maintenance, and calibration while ensuring production line needs are met, including data tracking in SAP.

Job Description:

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…

This position aims to paint center production support, to fulfill all production line needed including materials and tools. Support all paint center tools maintenance and calibration.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for receiving and booking all the consumables, tools and so on Responsible for distribution, lending, returning and scrapping all of non-flying consumables and tools for production teams Responsible for all non-flying consumables and tools storage management and inventory checking monthly Monitor the data of stored consumables and tools regularly (shelf life, safety stock and so on) Support calibration Lab for calibration tools needed Support maintenance team for maintain tools needed Responsible for maintenance of related data in SAP system Responsible for production equipment/tools preparation and cleaning

This position need work on shifts, even need work on weekend if needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge on logistics or supply chain Good knowledge on tools maintenance and repair Some knowledge of SAP system and office software Fluent English both in written and reading, speaking

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills, cooperation skills With team work spirit Enthusiastic, motivated and self-disciplined High sense of responsibility Work under pressure, even overtime needed
