Production Supervisor – Paint Department (Overnight Shift)

Location: Mauston, WI

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Compensation: Based on experience

MasterMold is looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our overnight Paint Department operations in Mauston, Wisconsin.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, holds employees accountable, and isn't afraid to get involved when challenges arise.

Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful, but strong leadership skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn are just as important.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support production employees and team leads.

• Manage daily production schedules, staffing, and work assignments.

• Monitor production performance, quality, and equipment concerns.

• Address operational challenges and coordinate solutions with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering.

• Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, and workplace conduct.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

• Communicate production updates, staffing concerns, and shift priorities to leadership.

• Support employee training, development, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and lead employees in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn manufacturing and industrial paint processes.

• Comfortable spending most of the shift actively involved on the production floor.

• Ability to coach employees, address performance concerns, and follow through on expectations.

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or similar operational leadership experience is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
