Painter Helper (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:45 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Reports To: Paint Supervisor / Production Lead

Top Metal Solutions is looking for a dependable and motivated Painter Helper to join our paint department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning industrial painting and building a long-term career in manufacturing.

You will assist with wet paint and powder coating operations, including preparing and handling parts, masking, cleaning, and supporting painters throughout the production process.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and clean metal parts before painting
• Apply masking and tape as needed
• Hang, move, and organize parts for production
• Assist painters with wet paint and powder coating
• Clean paint guns and other equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Help with material handling and production tasks
• Follow production schedules and instructions
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Previous manufacturing or painting experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Bend, kneel, push, and pull as needed
• Work safely around paint equipment, machinery, and production areas

Work Environment

This position is performed inside an industrial manufacturing and paint facility. Employees may be exposed to paint fumes, dust, noise, heat, and production equipment. Proper PPE is required at all times.
