Painter / Maintenance Worker

This is a dual-site position and involves work at Chicago Behavioral Hospital in Des Plaines and Lake Behavioral Hospital in Waukegan.

The Painter / Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on painting. Duties may also include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, testing and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance, and various janitorial duties, with minimal supervision.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
- Experience: Must have experience operating various hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions preferred. Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering preferred.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range for this role is $18.00-$24.00 per hour. We’re eager to speak with all qualified candidates, and we'll consider them based on experience and skill level. Join us as our Painter / Maintenance Worker!
