Painter – Residential Interior and Exterior Painting
Rogall + Co. is hiring an experienced Painter to help protect and beautify homes across California's Central Coast. If you take pride in a clean line and a finish that lasts, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do
- Prep and paint residential exteriors and interiors to a high standard
- Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings that stand up to the coast
- Diagnose surface conditions and prep correctly so the finish lasts
- Represent Rogall + Co. professionally in customers' homes
- Mentor apprentices and help uphold our quality standards
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong prep, cutting-in, and finish skills
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and great with homeowners
- Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday–Friday
Pay & benefits
- $23–36 per hour, depending on experience and skill

Schedule & location: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours. Based in Morro Bay, CA, serving San Luis Obispo County and the Central Coast.
