Palantir Foundry / AIP Technical Lead

Required Skills

1. Palantir Foundry & AIP

• Hands-on experience implementing and deploying Palantir Foundry and AIP in production environments.
• Strong experience with Ontology Manager, Actions, and Scenarios.
• Experience with AIP Logic, Code Workspaces, and AIP Evals.
• Exposure to Workshop and/or Ontology SDK.
• Ability to design and implement ontology-driven applications and workflows.

2. Entity Resolution & Identity Graphs

• Experience building large-scale entity resolution and identity matching solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity graphs, entity linking, deduplication, and relationship mapping.
• Experience integrating data from multiple heterogeneous sources.

3. Decisioning & Rules Engines

• Experience designing and implementing decision engines and business rules frameworks.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, automated decisioning, and rule-based processing.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable decision workflows.

4. Data Governance & Regulatory Compliance

• Experience working in regulated environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
• Understanding of permissible purpose and purpose-based data access.
• Experience with entitlement management, role-based access controls, and data security.
• Knowledge of audit lineage, traceability, and governance frameworks.
• Exposure to model risk management and AI governance reviews.

5. Cloud & Data Engineering

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with cloud-based data engineering and large-scale data processing.
• Understanding of enterprise data integration, data pipelines, and distributed architectures.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry and AIP implementations.
• Experience building production-grade AI-enabled decisioning solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ontology modeling, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience collaborating with business, data science, engineering, and compliance teams.

Recommended experience level: 712 years overall IT/data engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry/AIP experience.
