PaleoHacks - Partnership Manager
Description
Build a creator partnerships program for a leading wellness brand. Work with influencers, negotiate deals and turn content into ads. Remote | Full-time | Reports to Head of Growth
PaleoHacks is one of the largest wellness platforms online, dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through paleo and keto nutrition. From cookbooks and meal plans to recipes and practical tips, we've supported millions on their health journeys.
We're a remote-first company with a small, talented team of 16 full-time team members spread across the globe. With five growing brands under our umbrella, we're now doubling down on data because better reporting leads to better decisions and even bigger growth.
We're looking for a Partnership Manager to build our creator partnerships program from the ground up, starting on Facebook and Instagram and expanding to TikTok and TikTok Shop. You'll create a steady flow of creator content our growth team can test and scale as paid ads, both from the brand pages and as whitelisted ads through creators' own handles. This is a hands-on, manager level role for someone who understands the strategy behind a successful partnerships program, can execute it themselves and works autonomously.
📋 Build and run influencer, creator and ambassador programs from scratch, including outreach, recruiting and long-term relationships
✏️ Structure and negotiate partner deals: rates, commissions, fees, incentives, exclusivity and deliverables
💡 Secure usage rights so creator content can run as ads from the brand pages and as whitelisted ads through creators' own handles
💻 Manage creator content across paid social in partnership with the Head of Growth and media buying team
📊 Set goals and KPIs for the program, track partner and content performance, and scale what works
🧪 Choose and run the right influencer marketing platforms and tools
📦 Expand the program to TikTok and TikTok Shop, and later build a creator-driven affiliate marketing program
🎓 Keep a pulse on social media trends and what creator content is performing right now
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
✅ Proven, hands-on experience building a creator or influencer program, ideally from scratch
✅ Track record structuring and negotiating influencer, creator and ambassador agreements (rates, commissions, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables)
✅ Tested processes and templates you can bring in to scale quickly, rather than learning on the job
✅ Experience with whitelisting and running creator content as paid ads
✅ Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools
✅ Strategic understanding of what makes a creator program succeed: platforms, goals, KPIs and consistently hitting targets
✅ Able to work autonomously and own the program end to end
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience with direct-response and email affiliate networks and platforms such as ClickBank, Everflow and BuyGoods
⭐ TikTok and TikTok Shop creator program experience
⭐ Experience building a creator-driven affiliate program
⭐ Health, wellness, supplements or other DTC consumer brand experience
⭐ Experience working alongside media buyers on Meta ad performance
The ideal candidate is a builder, excited to create a program from scratch rather than run an existing one. A hands-on doer who rolls up their sleeves and executes, not someone who only sets direction. Strategic thinking matters: they can explain the "why" behind their decisions and back it up with numbers. As a self-starter, they work autonomously, take full ownership and don't need to be managed day to day. Natural relationship builders are warm and personable with creators, but confident and firm in negotiations. Results-driven, they're motivated by hitting targets and seeing their content perform as ads. Curiosity and trend awareness keep them watching what's working on social right now. Organisation and reliability matter, with processes that let the program scale. Comfortable working async with a US team, they pick up requests at the end of the LA day and show progress by the next morning. They thrive in a fast-moving growth team where priorities shift based on performance.
