Pro Pallet, LLC is a full-service wood products company located in Central Pennsylvania. We are a leader in the industry and are dedicated to providing top-quality products and services. We are currently seeking a Pallet Repairer to join our team. This is a piece rate position, which means your pay is based on your production. The more you produce, the more you earn. This role is best for someone who is self-motivated and wants to control their own pay.
Key Responsibilities:

- Repair pallets by removing damaged boards and replacing them with new or recycled parts
- Use tools such as a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun (training provided)
- Follow all safety rules at all times
- Make sure pallets are safe, including fixing or removing any sticking nails
- Keep track of how many pallets you repair each shift
- Help with sorting, stacking, and general cleanup as needed
